Land & Co. Building is a family-run business led by Chris, a trade-certified and Licensed Building Practitioner with over 10 years’ experience in residential construction.

Chris was raised in a family of builders and has spent the past decade working across new homes, renovations, and structural work throughout Northland.

Having recently relocated to the Nelson/Tasman region, Land & Co. Building now offers that same level of workmanship and experience to local homeowners.

We value honest communication, well-managed projects, and building homes that feel solid, calm, and considered.

We intentionally limit the number of projects we take on so we can remain present, responsive, and accountable throughout each build.
